My accidental discovery of this place near Pisa turned out to be a delightful experience. the owner and her daughter, Vittoria, were incredibly welcoming and helpful. the shabby chic style of the room on the first floor was spacious and tastefully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped facilities, including a large TV, coffee maker, kettle, air-con/heater, and even a refrigerator. the location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the marina and the vibrant Piazza Garibaldi, filled with restaurants and shops.

I highly recommend staying at this wonderful place. Cons: Nothing that I didn't like.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value for a well-equipped room with a lovely view of the piazza and the harbour. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a few steps away from the bus stop and boat pier, making it convenient for exploring Cinque Terra.
